How to tame it
Ranged tranquilizers do not directly knock out an Acro. Damage it until it enters its defensive/adrenaline cycle, then feed Narcotic, Narcoberries, or Bio Toxin into its mouth when it roars in frustration. Once it finally falls unconscious, feed Exceptional Kibble or meat. Do not use a structure trap during this process; current ASA prevents trapped wild Acros from entering the required adrenaline state.
